Don’t you just love it when you find a new recipe that instantly goes on your list of all-time favorites? I certainly do, and this is one of those recipes.
I would even say that these chocolate cheesecake brownies are the best dessert bars ever – and trust me; I’ve tried plenty over the years! I love the fact that I don’t have to decide between brownies and cheesecake. They’re both beautifully combined in this recipe, in the most mouth-watering kind of way. These are great for any occasion; whether it’s a special birthday party, baby shower or a church potluck.
And you don’t have to bend over backwards to get these done! Despite the incredible flavor these are rather simple to make. You probably already have most, if not all, of the ingredients on hand, and the instructions are straightforward. I love to make a double batch of these, serve half of them right away and freeze the other one in bite-sized pieces. That way I will always have a sweet treat ready to go with my coffee – you know, a nice little pick-me-up after a long day at work!

Quick Tip: Want to make this even easier? Just pour the whole chocolate batter into the pan first and top it with the cheesecake batter, if you don’t want to create the marble effect.
