I am not a fan of meatloaf, but this cheesy bacon wrapped meatloaf changed my mind in an instant! My husband finds it strange actually; that I am not a fan of meatloaf when I am a meat lover. Well, there is an ingredient in there that I can’t tolerate and that’s actually the only reason. Ketchup is not my kind of tea. I love tomato-based pasta sauce, yes, but ketchup, I can’t tolerate for some reason. Well, I do tolerate it in burgers and fries, but that’s it!
My mother used to make meatloaf at least once a week because it’s hers and dad’s favorite. But my brother and I never really ate much whenever it’s on the menu. I didn’t get too much reprimand for that though because I rarely said no to any food.
This meatloaf recipe, however, instantly changed my mind. The taste of ketchup is not that overpowering, and the flavor is just so good my mouth is watering just at the thought of it. This meatloaf recipe got me hooked and I don’t think I will allow myself to be released.
