Why do these little guys have to be so ding dang good? Seriously! These oatmeal whoopie pie are ridiculously amazing! I love how great they taste and how easy they are to make. Now, for a bit of clarification. I understand that some parts of the country call these whoopie pies while the rest calls them gobs. They are the same thing and they both taste great.
