My mom’s breakfasts are better than your moms.
Who here loves to wake up in the morning to a wholesome and hearty breakfast? I know that I certainly do! I can recall as a young girl my mother making us a full spread breakfast every Saturday morning. We had waffles or pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. Boy, was it ever filling and good. perfect fuel for kids who are rearing to go on adventures all day.
My mother would quite often make breakfast casserole bakes such as this chorizo and egg concoction that totally tasted amazing.
We always looked forward to her chorizo egg bakes!
