A couple of days ago, my father-in-law told me about this amazing cookie recipe that my sister-in-law had made.  He told me it was simple with just four ingredients, made a small batch (just about a dozen) and was ready in less than 15 minutes.  It sounded like the perfect recipe for a family of two who love sweet treats.  And he was absolutely right.  My husband and I devoured these.

I don’t know about you, but I think Nutella goes with everything!  Lather it on toast, pancakes, fruit, cupcakes…the options are endless!  Today I bring you a simple, straightforward recipe for Nutella cookies.  They have just 4 ingredients that you surely have on hand and can whip together at any time.  With a recipe as easy as this, you have no excuse to skip dessert on the weeknights.  I promise, your family will love you for making these.  They’re delicious and will earn you brownie points.  Definitely a win-win.

Pumpkin pie.  Totally Thanksgiving dessert.  It is what most people dream about year ‘round.  People think of this and the flavors of this pie throughout the entire year.  When you live up North, this is totally classic.  When you live down south like I do, and I mean south like the tip of Florida, this is not such a classic, but you train yourself to make it every single year.  It has become just that in my family and that is so exciting.

This pumpkin pie is the best for us Florida girls who don’t make this too often.  It is simple, easy and yet so absolutely tasty.  This pie is no bake!!! Is that not totally awesome?!  It makes the whole pie baking time cut short because all you need to do is whip this baby together and throw it in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy it.  You can top it with anything you’d like to switch it up and it will still be an awesome addition to any party.  People will be begging you for this recipe, that’s for sure!

I don’t know about you guys but I’m all about the party food. I love appetizers and finger foods. I think what I might consider a main course others might consider an appetizer. Like, take nachos for instance. I can eat nachos as my main meal but others will eat them as an appetizer. I’m not even hungry anymore after a plate of nachos! Anyhoo, this post contains 7 of our best party food recipes. Enjoy!

Hey, everyone! I hope you all are doing wonderful today. i know that I sure am. Today is my youngest son’s Halloween party at school, right? Well, Mr. Man failed to mention to me that he needed a famous American costume and a poster to wear and use in the Halloween parade at the school. Seriously, kid? He claimed he “didn’t know” until yesterday. Yeah, right! So, I did what any good mother would do in a situation like this and put on his Sunday best on him and told him he was George W. Bush.

Anyway, on to the recipe for these delightful Nutella rice Krispie treats. Are you all familiar with Nutella? I know you all know what rice Krispie treats are because they are about as American as you can get. Anyway, the Nutella is a hazelnut chocolate spread that basically turns any good dessert into a great dessert. You’re going to love these 🙂

When it comes to pizza and burgers I am all ears…er…mouth. I love me some amazing pizza, guys. What is your favorite way to eat a pizza? What is your favorite way to eat a burger? Do you want to know mine? Together. Yes, I enjoy eating my pizza and burgers together in a delightful recipe known around these here parts as the ‘pizza burger.”

I remember the first time I had a pizza burger and it was at this little local diner in my hometown that is now closed. So sad! Anyhoo, the pizza burger was actually a deep fried veal patty that contained marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese inside. Boy, were those things delicious! You know, I’ve never been able to find those types of burgers anywhere else other than that diner…that is now closed. Bummer!

The first time I had ever eaten a patty melt was at a little local diner in my hometown. The bread was grill-fried so it tastes like hamburger grease. Yum. Just says that out loud, “hamburger grease.” Shoot, now I’m getting hungry. Anyway, the burger patty was tender and juicy and the onions tasted so good. talk about a ton of flavor. The sandwich was served with French fries, coleslaw, and a pickle. Man, I wish that diner was still open!

I guess all I can do is make my own patty melts and hope for the best. However, I do gotta say that this recipe is very easy to follow and tastes amazing. You are seriously going to be impressed by this 🙂
