Luscious Lemon Meringue Pie – This Recipe Is A Keeper!
Pie is one of my favorite desserts. There are so many different ways that you can prepare it. I am a sucker for cream pies and lemon meringue is no exception. This pie is creamy, sweet, and has the best peaky meringue this side of the Mississippi. The best part about it is how easy this recipe comes together. Seriously, anyone can make this pie and have it turn out looking like a professional pastry chef made it. That’s one of the reasons why this is such a perfect treat to make when you have guests coming over.
The other reason is that it tastes amazing! I was so surprised to see how lovely the peaks of this meringue turned out. Normally, I have issues with my peaks looking more like tiny little tumbleweeds.
Not this time! You’re really going to like this recipe. Enjoy!
