Chicken and broccoli Alfredo bake is one of those casseroles that I have tucked away into my recipe box to use over and over again. My husband and kids love this stuff and it even encourages everyone to eat their veggies. I have two picky eaters who will not eat broccoli but they will when it’s baked into this cream Alfredo casserole.
I remember reading that the original recipe for this Alfredo bake did not contain any broccoli but I felt a need to change all of that. To me, broccoli is a staple ingredient for chicken Alfredo. They two go together like peanut butter and jelly in my opinion. Feel free to toss in any type of veggies that you want into your casserole or leave them out altogether. The results will still be amazing!
