I Always Mix These Two Breakfast Favorites Anyway – So Why Not Bake Them One Inside the Other? Genius!
What could be better than having your breakfast egg wrapped up in hash browns? Sounds amazing to me, but then again why wouldn’t it? I love how these bake in muffin tins, they are very easy to cook but a little time consuming. I think they’re perfect for a weekend and if you have kids or grandkids they’ll love these little nests of goodness.
It seems as though they’d be a great springtime treat as they are called nests, but I’d make them year-round. That’s because they are so versatile and can be made with several ingredients. You choose if you want more inside your nest or if you’d be okay with some of it on the side. Either way this one is sure to impress your family, your friends or your company. They’ll feel as though they’ve stayed the night at a posh bed and breakfast! Ooh la la!
