My middle son and I were chatting yesterday after he got off the school bus. i asked him how his day went and what he learned. He always says, “nothing.” LOL! Why do children say that when asked what they learned at school? I asked him what he had for lunch and he told me pizza rolls but not the kind that you buy at the store. I was perplexed. I asked him to tell me more about these pizza rolls and what he described sounded totally tasty! I’m glad he remembered what they were like, unlike how his memory drew a blank to what he learned in school that day.
So, after taking a mental account for the pizza rolls my son described to me I decided I would try and find a suitable recipe that matched his description. I probably could have just called the school cafeteria and asked them their recipe but I like to do things the adventurous way aka. “the hard way” haha! I came across thsid elightful pizza roll recipe and I am excited to share it with all of you 🙂
