The weather’s getting colder, and you know what that means! Hoodies, football, falling leaves, raking, and of course … chili! Everyone loves a good bowl of chili on a chilly day – ha! This one is easy to throw together and features a variety of meats so that everyone will have their favorite. It’s super flavorful and the smell will drive you crazy because you’ll be anxious to dig in with your spoon.
It works awesome for tailgates, too. What could be better to enjoy with some drinks and comradery? It doesn’t matter which team wins or loses, because everyone will be a winner when they indulge in this hot, flavorful bowl full of goodness! Plus, having some extra jalapenos on the side means that everyone will get the chance to add heat if they like. Hot sauce is another great idea – I prefer to set out a bottle of Franks!

Quick Tip: The longer the chili simmers, the more the flavors will marry.
