Who doesn’t remember their grandma or mother making fresh oatmeal raisin cookies? Besides chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin cookies were a specialty at my house, especially when granny visited. Ther smell alone could make your tummy do a happy dance.
These oatmeal raisin cookies are super simple to make and very easy to devour. Even if you aren’t a huge fan of raisins, you are bound to love these cookies. They are crispy around the edges and warm and soft in the center with just the right amount of sweet, plump, juicy raisins.

Quick Tip; Make sure to never overbake your cookies as you don’t want them to be burnt on the bottoms.
