Check out what our friends at Simply Healthy Home had to say about this YUM recipe!
“I made this for dinner today and it was delicious. My husband loved it and said we have to have this again. I just diced the cucumber since I don’t have the spiral cutter. We actually had this salad over a bag of lettuce salad mix with carrots and cabbage and I made a little extra dressing. So much better than the boring bag salad I had planned to have. I can see this being my new “go to” salad. Thanks so much!”
