Check out this delightful little excerpt from our friend’s website, Pumpkin ‘n Spice, as they detail their thoughts about BLT Ranch Pasta Salad:
“It’s that time of year where you can just walk outside and smell those outdoor grills cookin’ up some delicious burgers, hot dogs, or chicken. Kids are running around outside all day and the daylight feel like it will never end. Welcome to summer, friends.
Now let’s back-track for a minute and talk about those barbecues, parties, and get-togethers. Whether you have a graduation party, birthday party, or anything in between, chances are that you’re going to feast on some delicious summery foods. And with those foods come some tasty side dishes. I’m not picky about what I eat, but I always look forward to pasta salads. It’s one of my favorite types of salads and I just seem to crave it more during the summer.
Which brings me to this BLT Ranch Pasta Salad. Packed with tender pasta, a creamy dressing and BLT fixings, your favorite sandwich gets a makeover in this easy pasta dish!”
