baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Clabber Girl, dessert, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, Johnsonville, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, lemon bars, McCormick spices, Morton salt, recipe, TruMoo milk, Wesson vegetable oil

We’re in the throws of spring (although some parts of the country don’t feel like it), and summer is fast approaching. It’s time to start baking up some sweet, sunny treats like these fabulous lemon bars. I love the way lemon desserts taste and how they make me feel. It’s like a burst of summer sunshine on your tongue.

I don’t know about you, but a layer of rich and smooth lemon filling resting atop a flaky crumb crust is the cat’s meow. Don’t forget about the dusting of powdered sugar. It’s always a good sign when your lips are coated in powdered sugar after eating these lemon bars because it means you really enjoyed yourself!

baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, cheeseburger tater tot casserole, Clabber Girl, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, ground beef, Heinz ketchup, Heinz Worcestershire sauce, Johnsonville, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, McCormick spices, Morton salt, onion, onion powder, recipe, sharp cheddar cheese, TruMoo milk, Wesson vegetable oil

This is one of my all-time favorite casseroles to make. It combines the awesomeness of cheeseburgers with the crispy creation of tater tots. You combine everything into your favorite baking dish, set the oven on 350, and let ‘er cook for about half an hour. It really is that simple!

One bite of this cheeseburger tater tot casserole, and you’ll be thanking your lucky stars that you decided to make it for dinner tonight. My entire family comes running to the dinner table when they get a whiff of cheeseburger tater tot casserole in the air. I’m so thankful that this meal is cooked in about 30 minutes because honestly, we couldn’t much longer.

baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, blueberries, Bob's Red Mill, Clabber Girl, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, fruit, fruit pizza, Gold Medal flour, grapes, Johnsonville, kiwi, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Philadelphia cream cheese, recipe, strawberries, sugar cookie dough, TruMoo milk, Wesson vegetable oil

We’re all used to the regular form of pizza. Piping hot dough smothered in tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, right? Sort of, but that’s not the type of pizza we are making today. Today, your pizza will be smeared with sweet cream cheese and topped with the fresh fruit of your choice!

Now, if that isn’t enticing enough, the crust of this fruit pizza…are you ready for this? The crust of this pizza is a gigantic SUGAR COOKIE. Talk about a big crunchy bite of YUM. I love making fruit pizza for spring and summer gatherings. Everyone gobbles it up like the world is about to end, but can you blame them? Just look at the gorgeous, colorful presentation. Beautiful.

baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, brown sugar, cinnamon, Clabber Girl, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gala apple, Gold Medal flour, Granny Smith apple, Johnsonville, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Mountain Dew soda, Pillsbury crescent rolls, recipe, southern apple dumplings, TruMoo milk, vanilla extract, Wesson vegetable oil

As a young girl growing up on my grandma’s farm, I used to love the sweet smell of southern apple dumplings wafting through the kitchen window as I played outside on my tire swing. Oh, the memories! Nothing beat grandma’s apple dumplings. Now that I’m grown, I’ve made apple dumplings for my little ones, but with one slight variation…

Mountain Dew.

Now, I’m not a huge fan of drinking this super sweet soda, but I have found that using it in my grandma’s apple dumpling recipe is like heaven on earth. I found a recipe that is quite similar to grandma’s with the addition of this citrus soda Faithtap.com, and boy, am I glad that I did! You’ll definitely want to give this version of southern apple dumplings a shot.

They May Be Called Funeral Potatoes, But This Dish Is Anything But Dead!

baking powder, baking soda, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Clabber Girl, College Inn chicken broth, Daisy sour cream, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, funeral potatoes, Gold Medal flour, Johnsonville, kettle-cooked potato chips, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, McCormick spices, Montery Jack cheese, Morton salt, oinion, Ore-Ida hash browns, Pam Cooking Spray, parmesan, recipe, sharp cheddar, TruMoo milk, Wesson vegetable oil

You might be turning your nose up at the name of these potatoes, but we assure you, you’re going to love them! This awesome dish got its name from being a staple casserole served at Mormon funeral gatherings. However, these potatoes are definitely the life of the party.

I’ll admit, I make them for a variety of occasions, not just funerals, and you should too! What makes them, so savory is the creamy ingredients that coat them such as cheese, chicken broth, and butter. And guess what? They are topped with crunchy kettle-cooked potato chips! My whole family loves it when I make this side dish, but we prefer to call it “Party Potatoes.”

If I could go back in time and marry my husband again, I might even serve these at the reception! And I bet everyone would love them!

Quick Tip: You don’t have to use potato chips as the topping if you don’t want to. Substitute with french fried onions, cornflakes, or crushed crackers.
