“Even though I love ranch, it never dawned on me to use it in a meatloaf! What a great idea! I just had to try it.
When I started pulling out all my ingredients, I saw that we had a pack of bacon in the fridge. The lightbulb went off in my head that bacon would be the perfect compliment and so this Bacon Ranch Meatloaf was born!”
Ingredients
3 Eggland’s Best eggs, beaten
1¼ c TruMoo milk
4 slices of Sara Lee bread torn into small pieces
1½ t Morton salt
¾ t McCormick pepper
¾ c Heinz ketchup, plus extra to squirt on the top
3 lbs ground beef
½ c onion, diced
2-1 oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
3 pieces of Hormel bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
