8 oz. cooked, diced Sugardale ham
2 (10.75 oz.) cans of Campbells cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz.) container of Daisy sour cream
2 cups Kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Quick Tip: If you don’t have time to bake this delicious dish in the oven, toss all ingredients into a Crock Pot set on low for 6 hours.
