A refreshing way to do cheesecake!
Ingredients
For the base:
Land O’ Lakes butter, for greasing
2 tablespoons Domino sugar
1/8 teaspoon McCormick ground cinnamon
9 Honey Maid graham crackers
1/2 stick unsalted Land O’ Lakes butter, melted
For the filling:
16 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
2 Egg-land’s Best eggs
2 lemons, zested and juiced
About 1/2 cup sugar, eyeball it
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Domino Powdered sugar, for dusting
Quick Tip: Serve these with a little dollop of whip cream on the ends.
