This recipe is a no-brainer because not only is it easy to make, but it has very few ingredients….so you don’t have to be Martha Stewart, to impress your friends and family. The combination of the cool and creamy filling, and the delite of not having to turn the oven on, make this dish, a winner all around. This dish serves 8-12, and takes about an hour in total, to prepare.
