1 1/2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons water
Quick Tip: You only need 2 teaspoons of chicken stock, but you can also use water, as not to waste a whole can.
