Ever since I was little, I was obsessed with cheesecake. That’s probably why I’ll go to Cheesecake Factory, and have it for dinner. I love finding new ways to make my favorite dessert, so when I saw this recipe for a lovely cheesecake in the crock pot I was stoked! Don’t let the idea of grapefruit topping scare you either, it was an excellent combination.
It did not disappoint! Made in a spring form pan that was small enough to fit in my slow cooker it turned out absolutely perfect in just an hour! I doubt I’ll make mine in the oven again. It was just right, and I was as thrilled as Goldilocks when she found the perfect porridge.
