The great things about a quiche is the versatility. It’s not necessarily a breakfast dish, as it can be eaten as a tea snack or even lunch. It’s probably the only time you won’t mind whether your eggs are warm or cold, because it’s good both ways.
This recipe serves 8 and is ready in about 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it, however, because it can bow over the plate if cooked too long.
