Whenever i think of prime rib roast I think of eating out at a nice restaurant. Never in a million years did I think i could make this yummy masterpiece at home in my own kitchen. But guess what? I did and so can you! I gave this recipe a shot a few weeks ago because I wanted to practice for the upcoming Christmas holiday. Instead of ham this year we are totally going to be dining on this yummy prime rib roast. When the meat was done cooking the smell alone was enough to put me in a food coma.
My husband was extremely impressed by how amazing this prime rib roast came out. he is very aprtial to having ham on the holidays and when he tasted the roast he said, “Okay, I can make an exception this year.” LOL Apparently, the prime rib roast hit his sweet spot. Sorry, ham, but you need to stay at the store this time. I followed the directions in this recipe to a “T” and the meat came out so super succulently. I hope you’ll give this recipe for prime rib roast a shot. You won’t be sorry!
