I wonder if I’m the only person in the world who occasionally gets these incredible cravings for something sweet… To be honest with you, I know I’m not the only one but it doesn’t make it any easier to resist those cravings. Usually when that happens I run to the nearest store, grab a chocolate bar and eat it so fast it almost never happened. Not good, I know. I don’t mind an occasional sweet treat but I would definitely like it to be something a little bit healthier!
These amazing coconut chocolate squares are perfect for those cravings! Only 4 ingredients – and no baking, make these the easiest dessert bars EVER. If you choose organic ingredients you can also be sure there’s nothing harmful in these – and you can’t say the same about those chocolate bars you get from the store!
These will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks (unless you devour them all at once). You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, and you can also practice portion control by cutting these into 10 or 12 squares instead of the 8 servings this recipe is supposed to make!

Quick Tip: You can add a little bit of milk to make the chocolate topping softer.
