My husband loves football. I think I have mentioned that in the past, right?
He practically lives for those Sunday afternoon games. Church is always wonderful and all, but that guy always wants to make sure that Sunday afternoon lunches with the family are short and sweet so he can get back home and on the couch in his favorite hoodie watching the game. Most times, he prefers to go out with the family on Saturday to spend time with them so we can come straight home on Sundays and he does not have to miss any of the game.
On the days that we come straight home, I need to make sure I leave something prepared either the night before or the morning of for lunch or as a snack to hold him and the boys over until the main dish is prepared. I mean, living in a house with three teenage boys and a husband means I need to make sure I always have plenty of food.
Well, I created this version of a Ranch meal that they all love into a dip so they can eat away to their heart’s content until the food is ready. But if you want to add more chicken and make it a full meal, go for it!
