Hi, everyone! I hope you are all doing well on this fine morning. It sure has warmed up here in Appalachian Pennsylvania. I am seriously happy about this as it seems spring has finally begun. All the trees and plants are starting to bud, the lilacs are perfuming the air, and it’ll soon be time to start the garden. Yay! Do you know what else comes along with spring? Picnics! And what comes with picnics? Awesome food like this sweet pickle macaroni salad! You guys are really going to like this, I promise 🙂
So, this recipe combines all of the traditional flavors of macaroni salad with crunchy sweet pickles and a dash of dill. I can’t believe how easy this mac salad is to make. It only takes 35 minutes to get everything mixed up and about an hour to chill in the fridge.
I made a double batch of this fabulous salad and took it to a church potluck last summer and it received rave reviews. Everyone loved it and was asking me for the recipe. Enjoy!
