I always love it when I find recipes that make use of leftovers at home. Leftover hams that can be turned into soup or casserole. Leftover roast chicken that can be turned into past dishes. Leftover turkey that can be turned into sandwiches. I love them all! Because there’s only two of us in the house. Sometimes I am even alone. So the tendency is, there are really a lot of leftovers most of the time.
Admit it. If these leftovers aren’t revamped into new dishes, the tendendy is that they will just go to waste inside our refrigerators. That happens to me all the time. I could only eat so much leftovers so most of them go to waste after a week of being untouched. Recipes such as this one that I am going to share with you are a blessing to me. Because they not only help me save leftovers from being wasted, they also taste so darn good that they don’t look like they’re made from leftovers. This recipe makes use of leftover fish that usually easily get spoiled first! You will fall in love with this recipe just like how I did!

Quick Tip: This can be done with raw fish. If you’re making this recipe without leftover precooked fish, simply marinate the fish in the lime juice and spices for 30 minutes and bake at 400° F for 15 minutes.
