I believe fall is my most favorite season. The changing colors of the leaves, the crisp air, and pumpkins. I simply adore pumpkins. You might hear a lot of people complain about the start of “pumpkin everything” season, but not me. I love pumpkin spice coffee creamer, candles, and snacks. I would use pumpkin spice laundry detergent if they made such a thing. I bet I could make it myself using essential oil and Castille Soap. Hmm, now there’s an idea!
Now, what were we talking about? Oh, yes, pumpkin crumb cake. I tend to get off track sometimes but you guys and gals should be used to that by now haha! So, this recipe is for an amazing pumpkin crumb cake. Don’t let the title fool you. You do not need to harvest a pumpkin to make this cake. In fact, this recipe is seriously simple to follow and all you really need are basic cake ingredients and a can of pumpkin puree.
