When my husband and I got together, I wasn’t “allowed” to make pork chops for quite a long time. He said his mother had made them every Sunday for as long as he could remember, and he was so tired of them!
Now, my mother-in-law is a great cook and everything she makes is absolutely delicious. I’m sure there was nothing wrong with her pork chops, but maybe once a week is a little too often for even the yummiest dishes..? Anyway, after a couple of years I finally decided to make them. I needed a pork chop recipe that would be totally different. I’m so glad I chose this one because my husband loved it!
How are your chops? A little cheese, some bread crumbs, and now we’re talkin’! The lemon in this dish serves to enhance and preserve the tenderness of the meat. This recipe is ready in a mere 15 minutes and serves up to 4 people. Unless you decide to double the ingredients – which I think you should!
