At first glance, you may look at this recipe and be unimpressed, but it is completely delicious. I was skeptical but I like a challenge, so when I saw that it had great reviews I had to give it a try. Let me tell ya, it was amazing!
I was actually looking for recipes with sweet potatoes. I am not a huge fan of regular potatoes for some reason, unless they are loaded with goodies. On the other hand, sweet potatoes I can eat plain. They have so much more flavor! Turns out this dish was a keeper for even the pickiest eaters in my family.
