You just can’t go wrong with pork chops and stuffing. As much as I love making everything from scratch, there are some days I just want to fix it and forget it. That’s why I love crock cooking. This recipe is definitely a household favorite.
I made this last week and it literally was around 5 minutes of preparation before I ran off to my church meeting. Even an hour later when I got back home to walk the dog, the house smelled amazing. I served it with a salad of fresh vegetables from the garden.
