One of my favorite desserts to make is any kind of crisp. From apple to rhubarb, i love them all. I also enjoy noshing on berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. So, I found this recipe for triple berry crisp to be just what the doctor ordered. And guess what? This recipe also included coconut. Yum!
I’ve never thought about tossing some coconut flakes into any kind of crisp before but wow, am I sure glad that I took the plunge. This dessert comes out amazingly well. It’s also very easy to assemble. Enjoy!
