Goodmorning fellow foodie friends! I am still on the hunt for holiday side dishes for my Christmas dinner. We are at the final countdown as Christmas is just a few days away1 can you believe it? it seems just like yesterday I was out on my deck grilling hamburgers and hotdogs in the warm sunshine. Now, my deck is covered in a foot of snow and my kids have a 2-hour delay for school! Crazy! Time certainly does fly so that’s why we need to always be eating delicious food.
I found this amazing side dish for cheesy mashed potatoes cooked to perfection in a baking dish and smothered with that ooey gooey stuff we all love: CHEESE. This dish does not take much effort to make at all and comes together rather quickly. All you need is a handful of ingredients. I will definitely be serving this delicious side dish during Christmas dinner this year. I think it will pair nicely with my holiday ham, don’t you?
