If you’re like me, you’re always running. Whether it’s to sports practices, classes, meetings or church it’s a constant. That’s okay though, the things we’re involved with are rewarding and well worth the effort! Being so busy is why I love and appreciate easy, fast recipes with minimal ingredients just like this meatball casserole. Adults and children all appreciate a nice meatball do they not? Plus, they’re fun to roll across your plate.
Aside from everyone loving meatballs, another bonus is that they come in so many versions from beef, chicken, pork and even veggie. This allows every diet to be satisfied. The fact they are precooked makes this dish super-fast to throw together. This is awesome for me because usually dinner time rolls around and I find myself unprepared. I know I am not the only one who has this dilemma, so this is one recipe that’s going into week rotation for us.
