Goulash. It’s a food that has many different stories attached to it. There are so many ways to make goulash and everyone claims that their way is the right way. How about the way that tastes the best is the right way? The following recipe on the next page is for a slow cooker goulash that is covered in ooey, gooey cheese. Gasp! “How can that be goulash?!” some of you might say. Well, it’s goulash because I say it’s goulash LOL Seriously, guys and gals, this Crock Pot goulash is seriously good and easy to make.
I like to start this dish about mid-morning and it is ready by early afternoon. I just set my slow cooker settings to warm and allow it to sit until dinnertime. It’s so hearty and filling!
What types of sides do y’all enjoy serving with your goulash? I personally prefer a side salad and garlic bread. Sometimes, I’ll make garlic-seasoned green beans. Serve whatever tickles your fancy 🙂
