Now and then I like to pretend that I’m on “The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” and Robin Leech and I are having dinner together on a yacht. Yes, I admit, I’m a bit of a dreamer. Alas, I am not a millionaire, but I’ve found a pie recipe that makes me feel like am for a moment.
This lovely dessert is called “Millionaire Pie” and it is to die for. It’s a cream pie packed with maraschino cherries, pineapples, and coconut. Each bite is fluffy and filled with heavenly goodness. I typically take this dessert with me to baby or bridal showers because it’s so pretty to look at. It is almost to0 gorgeous to eat…almost.
