Have you ever had a cheesecake dessert so good that you wanted to go outside, stand on the sidewalk, and hand out samples to all of your friends and neighbors? Yeah, me neither haha! However, this cheesecake recipe is THAT good, but it’s so good that I’d never stand outside and just give it away. No, siree! You’ll find me sitting comfortably in my favorite chair eating these little delights while reading a good book and sipping on coffee. Then, you’ll find me running a few miles on my treadmill 🙂
Seriously, though, these blackberry cheesecake bars are super good and very simple to make. In no time at all you’ll have a lovely pan of cheesecake bars to take with you to a party, potluck, or picnic. You’ll be the talk of the gathering (in a good way!) when you show up with these bars in tow.
