One of my favorite candies during the holidays is homemade chocolate peanut butter fudge. I could eat an entire pan of this stuff by myself. However, I have to have some level of self-control, or my pants wouldn’t fit me anymore.
There are times throughout the year that I seriously crave fudge but don’t want to go through all of the hassles of making it. You know, the cooking, the stirring, the dirty pots and pans to scrub. What’s a girl to do when it isn’t Christmas, and she’s craving fudge? Make my recipe for uncooked fudge, of course! You guys are going to love this.

Quick Tip: Just because it isn’t Christmas doesn’t mean you can’t wrap this lovely fudge up and share it with your neighbor 🙂
