This recipe is one of my favorites, and is so hearty and warm, you’ll want to make it for every lunch! Not to mention, it only has a few ingredients!
The sweetness of the onion, is complimented by the dry sherry and brandy added to the mix. This dish serves 4-6 people and is made in less than 15 minutes. So get to choppin’ and enjoy!
