When it comes to desserts I am always up for trying new and fun ideas. I heard about this recipe for brownie cookies and about flipped my lid. You mean to tell me that I can enjoy the wonders of a brownie and a cookie at the same time? Yep, sure can! I thought this recipe would eb insanely hard and I would need to call up the Cake Boss to give me some pointers (wouldn’t that be fabulous?) , but nope, it was very easy to follow. My house smelled like a beautiful bakery as these cookies were in the oven doing there thing. When my kids got off the school bus they knew exactly what to expect for their snack.
I cannot stress enough how easy these brownie cookies are to make. In just a few simple steps you can have these lovely cookies sitting on a pretty plate ready tos erve to the masses. it’s really that easy!
