I thought I already had the perfect glazed ham recipe. It was a very traditional one that I got from my aunt years ago – and I do still love it! But as I was doing an online search to find something tasty to go with the sandwiches I was planning to make for a get-together with friends, I came across this one. It looked way to delicious to pass! So I gave it a go, thinking I would still have time to cook another one with my aunt’s recipe, if this turned out to be a disaster.
I think I was half way through cooking when I already realized I had hit the jackpot with this one. The whole house smelled so delicious I was afraid the neighbors would come knocking at the door, asking if they could have a taste of whatever it was I was cooking! That glaze is just amazing and my husband said this is going straight to his all-time favorites.
