Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – so I’ve heard! There was a time when I didn’t eat breakfast at all. I had a cup of coffee, went to work and was starving by lunch hour. Of course, I ended up having something stupidly unhealthy and greasy for lunch, just because I was so hungry that I couldn’t control myself. Over the years I have taught myself to eat a healthy breakfast, but sometimes I get bored of oatmeal and cereal.
Instead of going for cinnamon rolls and all kinds of lovely cakes I’ve tried to find tasty alternatives for oatmeal. I needed something that was healthy, as lean as possible but also fun – I was trying to fight boredom, remember? Every time I thought I had found the perfect thing, it turned out a huge calorie bomb or just seemed to lack flavor. But then I came across these frozen yogurt cupcakes!
