How To Make Your Whole Family Beg For Seconds
When you need a quick, hearty dinner ready in no time, this recipe will save the day! It only takes about ten minutes to prepare this, and 30 minutes in the oven. Dinner will be ready faster than your hungry monsters can start whining about food! Sorry if that sounded a little grumpy – that’s what I’ve been dealing with for a couple of days now. So I decided next week is going to be different, and today I’ve been browsing the internet for super simple, quick meals.
This awesome tomato topped chicken and stuffing casserole from DIY Candy made was immediately added into my “lifesaver collection”. Anyone else have that recipe category? I bet you do. Those are the recipes you can make even if your house is on fire, although I probably wouldn’t recommend doing so.
I made this today and my family went completely nuts over it. I actually doubled the recipe (yummy leftovers for me!) so that everyone could get seconds. It was such a huge hit! My husband said it was the best chicken dinner he had ever had, and I think I have to agree!
