You don’t need to go on a camping trip or even have a picnic to enjoy summer watermelon pie. This can be done inside your home and all you ever need to do is gather the ingredients! Serve this to your friends and I’m sure they will clear out the pan in a few minutes. I know that my family and neighbors absolutely adored this pie and couldn’t get enough of it. I don’t blame them in the least because it is so creamy and good! Plus, this pie is the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer’s day. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
For me, watermelon is probably the best way to cool off during summer days. I do love my citrus. Everyone knows how much I love my lemons. But watermelon has that slight advantage that just makes everything twice as refreshing. This watermelon pie, even if it’s creamy, is actually one refreshing dessert that you will crave for!
