Just make sure you prepared another batch because these pinwheels are going to be gone in minutes! It’s something that you will not notice if you’re the guest. You’ll just get one at first, and then you will just keep on getting another piece until there’s nothing left! A friend of mine brought this to one gathering. I thought that it was some kind of dessert at first until I was able to take a good look at them. These pinwheels are seriously addicting! I know that I couldn’t stop eating them and I really had to pace myself haha!
What’s good about it is that you can change some of the ingredients if you like. This is one versatile recipe that everyone will get to enjoy!
1 (170 g) package Ocean Spray dried sweetened cranberries
1 (250 g) container Philadelphia cream cheese spread
1 cup crumbled President feta cheese
4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
4 Mission large flour tortillas or 4 large wheat flour tortillas or 4 large spinach tortillas
Combine all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce, mix well.
Divide and spread mixture evenly among tortillas.
Add a lettuce leaf to each tortilla.
Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least one hour.
To serve cut into 12 slices.
A nice variation is to add thin slices of ham on top of the spread before rolling.

Quick Tip: You can use pepper jelly on each tortilla if you want a spicy-sweet taste.
