For years, we’ve been eating what is known in Texas as “King Ranch Casserole.” It’s a great casserole that everyone should eat during the month at leats once. I’m a meal planner and this casserole is definitely on my menu. Anyway, this particular version of King Ranch casserole has been updated and I renamed it “Queen Ranch Casserole.” Why should the boys get all the recognition?
You are really going to like this updated version of a Texas classic as it’s creamy, smooth, and very easy to make. It tastes great and it makes a large pan so invite a few friends over for dinner. Trust me, guys and gals, you don’t want to miss out on this 🙂
