What’s that over there in that pan? It’s a brownie, it’s a cookie, it’s a BROOKIE! When you can’t decide which you’d rather have, you don’t have to anymore. Plus, these are super easy to make. I’d only had them from a popular pizza delivery place, but it got me to thinking, there must be a simple recipe for these that will allow me to make them from scratch – that’s always better in my opinion!
Thank goodness I found this one, it really is as easy as I expected. It simply cooks in two layers, and that’s all there is to it! It bakes up moist in the middle and crispy on the edges and top. Rejoice because never having to choose between them means that you will always be satisfied when you have a sweet craving. I know I am pretty happy, and I know my kids and especially my husband are, too.
