I have long been a fan of York Peppermint Patties, and chocolate mint anything in general. I can’t believe I never thought of combining them with brownies! It’s like a whole new world of chocolate mint and I want to unpack my belongings and live there. Really, this recipe is more than simple and everyone will think it’s the most amazing thing since sliced bread.
It think the holidays are the perfect time to make up these peppermint patty brownies. I just made them for the family, but I’m thinking of taking some to work for our holiday potluck. I think it’d be cute to make holly berries on the top and then when they bite in, there will be a surprise!
