Get your pita chips ready, this dip is extremely delicious. Have you ever noticed how cheese makes any vegetable tolerable? I have, and I was so excited to make this that I made a smaller version, and then the bigger to take and share.
I didn’t feel guilty in the least indulging in this dip. My husband who turns his nose up at anything green decided to “try” it. Well, half of the dip later he was still trying it! So there you go, picky eaters unite and indulge in this crockpot Parmesan Spinach dip.

Quick Tip: Try using vegetables for dippers as well. Carrot and celery sticks work great! I like to lay out a few different items for everyone.
