Some recipes never die, and for that, I am thankful! Keebler bars are something that moms of the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s used to make in kitchens everywhere. They mix the salty goodness of Keebler crackers with chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut butter. What’s not to love?
I hope these fun little dessert bars always hold their own amongst the ever-growing dessert industry. They are easy to make and super tasty! I made them the other day for my daughter and her friends. They were having one of their summer sleepovers in the tent that we have set up in our backyard. You can’t have a sleepover without lots of snacks and treats, right? I whipped up a batch of Keebler bars and the girls ate them all!

Quick Tip: Make sure to use actual Keebler crackers and not a generic brand. There is just something special about Keebler’s that makes this dessert extra special.
