One way my mom got me to eat broccoli as a child was by covering it with melty cheese. Flash forward and I remember a potluck at work and the best cook in the office brought a broccoli and cheese bake that was to die for. I’ve held onto her recipe until I came across this healthy version, and I’m not getting any younger so I decided to do my heart a favor and try it.
Let me tell you, it was just as indulgent as her version. I love vegetables now that I know they can be delicious when prepared the right way, and even my husband was impressed with this dish. It definitely eats like a meal which is why I promise you your entire family will surprisingly eat this Healthy Broccoli Cheese Bake.
